Straus Clothing

One of the few remaining men's specialty clothing stores. Top quality merchandise, fairly priced, and great people who have been working there for decades! I get almost all my clothing there. They have great clearance sales. Even an outdoor sidewalk sale in the middle of the winter! I read the negative review by anonymous. Perhaps any person unknown to a business trying to buy $1200 in clothing with a check should expect to have it verified. Who uses a check to buy clothing anymore? I suppose they have been burned before with a scam that worked like that. Would you take a $1200 check from someone you didn't know for payment without checking it out?

My Latino partner bought 1200 of items before leaving to work at a senator's office. Before making the alterations they called the Senate office to see that he was employed and called the bank to make sure the check cleared.

Straus is an excellent clothing store for professional clothing for men in particular. I guess I don't much care for the women's clothing. Just isn't my type. My husband shops there for suits and such for work. They carry excellent quality items and their customer service is second to none!
